Design & Planning
We offer complete in house design services. We work with you one-on-one to create a design specifically tailored to your needs.
During the bidding stages we work to ensure the project falls within your price range.
Before any construction takes place, you are provided with a complete spec book and budget for your project.
Management
We actively manage and are personally onsite through the entire building process.
For certain trades we use subcontractors. There are also portions of work we do ourselves, primarily the interior woodwork and cabinetry.
No matter the stage, or what trade is onsite, we are always available to you to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.
Custom Cabinetry, Millwork and Doors
The most unique aspect of our process, compared to other home builders, is that we actually build all of the finish products used in your home.
All millwork, doors and cabinets are designed, built and finished at our facility. This is what gives homeowners the ability to create truly unique and personalized homes tailored to their needs and preferences.
